Zaidsoft ERP

Zaidsoft ERP is web based software so a user can log in from anywhere so long as there is a TCP/IP network connection available. There is no specific installation required at the client machine to make use of the system.

The interface design is based on Zaidsoft® netForce Thin-client components/framework. We have made every effort to make the user experience as rich and user-friendly as possible.

LOGIN SCREEN:

The login screen is presented to the user whenever he/she connects to the system or whenever he/she tries to access a resource while unauthenticated.

ACTIVITY BASED NAVIGATION:

CALENDAR CONTROL:

To make is easy to enter the dates in dialog boxes our software provides calendar control which acts just like windows calendar. The user can either enter the date manually or he/she can click on calendar icon to open (pop-up) the calendar control to choose the date in graphical way.

LISTS AND REPORTS:

All column names are clickable. When you click on a column it gets sorted in ascending order. To sort in descending order just clicks once more.

At the bottom of the report page wise navigation is provided for easy navigation of multi-page reports

A button named “customize” can be used by the user  to choose the columns that the user is interested in viewing as well as the display order of the columns.

DATA EXPORT:

Reports can be exported into PDF or CSV files so that they can be e-mailed or edited in MS-Excel.

RICH TEXT EDITING:

Wherever formatted text composition or editing is needed, Zaidsoft ERP provides WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) Rich Text Editor having behavior similar to those of standard text editing software like MS Word. Please note that, although the editor provided by the software has enough capabilities for good text editing, coloring, tables etc but it is just an embedded editor for an enterprise application and can not be compared with full featured desktop word processing programs.
