Zaidsoft will provide free 90 day technical support applicable immediately after installation of the software.

1. Support Type: Telephone, E-Mail and occasional On Site Support.
2. Response Time: 24 Hours or Next business day (in case of onsite support)
3. Note: Proof of purchase (i.e., invoice) is to be produced to claim technical support and updates. Therefore kindly keep the Invoice/Receipt safe.

Annual Support & Update Contract:

To get complete peace of mind we recommend you to go for Annual Support Contract. This includes FREE availability to any upgraded/new version of the software released within the contract period. The price is 33 % of the purchase price (for 1 year support contract). Annual Support Contract charges are payable in advance.
